Really good food.
The best Italian food! Grace ?
We enjoyed the New Years Eve menu and another order! The delivery was absolutely on time. The food tasted great and was worth every penny ?? It will certainly not be the last order from Le Terrazze. Highly recommended ? many Greetings Regina Haug
After ordering 2 pizzas by phone, we waited another 20 minutes on site. Then finally the information came that my pizzas were ready when suddenly - without a mask - a "regular" came up from behind and asked about his meal. Immediately he was given priority by the boss and I waited again. When I then complained about my pizzas This brought me unfriendly and collected. At home the surprise. Black edges and black bottom. Thank you terrazze, I can make burned pizzas myself. Since then we have been ordering our pizzas from Elector Maximilian in Waisenhausstrasse. Better, bigger and not burnt. To an arrogant one and I can do without unfriendly handling at Terrazze.
I have ordered ... More than 1.5 hours waiting time! Pizza cold. Not an experience.
In a three-ingredient pizza, one ingredient, porcini mushrooms, was missing. 0.0 spices on the pizza. The mozzarella had run completely over the edge of the pizza so that half the pizza was softened. For the price, a total no go. I don't order here anymore.
Nice ambience, delicious food, and very attentive servuce
It was very cozy on the terrace, the food was very good, the staff was very friendly
Terrible food, do not recommend it
Tagliolini with Truffle was excellent. Very good wines and Prosecco too.
Every time we come to Munich, we can't help but come to Giovanni's ... Food Courtesy Sympathy I'm at the Top ...
Food was ok but you had to wait a long time. But the service is nice.
Disastrous experience! 1. ALL waiters wear the mask well under their noses or right under their mouths and they treat their "guests" just as carelessly: 2. Noodles with duck and oyster mushrooms came without the mushrooms 3. No meal came! (Many guests probably got nothing because new tables were constantly being occupied) After waiting for over an hour, three friendly inquiries and a now long awake baby, we left! Instead of an apology from the waiter, the unfriendly whispered statement: "I'm the waiter, what should I do?" Here is the answer: a sincere apology and compensation would have been appropriate !! I've never felt so badly treated, shame on you!
Fresh and fast + always tastes good :)) + good wine list
Nice and good Italian. Unfortunately, you didn't feel 100% comfortable, as the staff made the mask requirement very sporadic. For me, price / performance is not entirely consistent here either
The food itself is very tasty if you get something. The waiting times are sometimes considerable and you get the feeling that you are not welcome, especially as a young person. What a shame!
Great lunch menu and extensive menu. The food tastes great. The waiters are very nice and attentive. Our favorite Italian for over 2 years!
Best and closest place
Avoid. Bad food & the waiter tried to trick me. He added 15 percent "service" without asking when I paid by card although there was no service charge on the receipt. I think he tried to trick me because I was a tourist. It is a pity because the terrace looks really beautiful. Best to avoid this restaurant.
Very nice Italian, that food is always 1A. The owner and his staff are always very friendly and accommodating and respond to requests. Always happy to be there again.
Nice Italian, with good food in a very quiet location. The restaurant is located in a residential area next to a hotel and a small supermarket in the second row. So it is very very quiet on the large terrace. The lunch table is fair in price, changes daily and offers large portions. Clear recommendation.
Celebrated my dad's birthday here with a large group, food and service was outstanding. One of the best Italian restaurants I know in Munich.
Family-run restaurant, delicious typical Italian pizza with a thin bottom, friendly delivery (the owners even go out personally in the current time). Please call the restaurant directly. The pizza, pasta and desserts are all recommended. At lunchtime there are currently various dishes for pick up. In the evening, the restaurant also offers delivery. Especially in the current time, I hope that many residents support the restaurant.
Super Pizza to go
Standard "Italiano" establishment, stay away from anything else than pasta or pizza, heads up for the water, its 6 euro per 0.75 bottle, modest selection of wine
Had the monkfish. Amazing. Great service. Ill be back.
Delicious food
Amazing place, excellent food and fabulous staff.
The pizza and pasta are both delicious. Most of my experiences here were positive; however, one time our waiter brought me a regular of portion pasta instead of the small portion that I had ordered. Afterwards he attempted to charge me the price of the regular portion with the reasoning that I had eaten the entire pasta. After a short argument he agreed to lower the price. Oddly enough, it was only after I argued in German did he lower the price. I would consider this experience a one off and still recommend the restaurant!
Excellent pizzas and even better wine!!!
Shame on you - terrible experience if you're non-Italian. Short introduction of myself: I grew up in Germany, Egypt, Poland, Australia, and also, Milan in Italy. Meaning, I don't speak it well but I understand the daily Italian language. First impression of the place: all staff greeted you in Italian. Ok, understandable. But their German was very strongly accented, and their English was hard to understand. Didn't prevent you from ordering. Not a big issue so far. When I was to pay, I noticed the bill charged me more than what I expected. So I turned for help. I noticed the person who took my order was not there. Another person who called himself the hall manager showed up and kept telling me that he doesn't know, if I had an issue I must talk to the person who took the order. His German was badly accented but I understood. Here comes the real problem: the hall manager was very aggressive and rude, and kept saying "alright alright, pay the bill, I'll get you a coffee ok?" How condescending and rude is that? I kept telling him, no, I don't need extra, all I wanted was trying to make sense of the things. It's not like I won't pay or was asking for discount, quite the contrary. I already had my card presented, and just asked, could you explain things to me. Now he walked aggressively back to the kitchen, and started to complain to other staffs in Italian, and started to call me stupid. I understood that part, because as I said, I don't speak it well but I speak Spanish and also lived in Italy. I understand the daily language. Now he threw an ice cream at me, saying "this is very good ice cream." and threw a pen at me, asking me to sign the bill (which I already paid by debit card). By this time, I was in disbelief. I looked him to the eye and said "Mister, I don't need the ice cream. I didn't ask for this. Let me talk to another person." Now he is like "ok, then don't," <- in Italian, and took the pen away, grabbed the ice cream, and "there's no one, ok? I'm the manager here, everyone is at break. Alright?" and walked angrily back to the restaurant. I looked around to other two staffs, but they looked away. I looked towards another male customer next to my table who was Italian, and asked for help. That man looked away, and got up and fled to another table. Now from that point on, I waited for the "chef", the older staff who took my order, to return. But he didn't while I sat there waiting for another hour. Meanwhile, that rude hall manager exaggeratively greeted other customers in Italian, sounded quite obviously friendly in contrast to how he treated me, and deliberately ignored me. Too bad I was in shock and wasn't prepared for such rudeness, because if I were, I would have taken a video or recording immediately. I also noticed that most other customers who had equally bad experiences at this place - telling from the tripadvisor and google reviews - are non-Italians, regardless of race. Similarly, I noticed who gave high ratings to this place where mostly Italians. Not too hard to tell - the praising reviews were written in Italian, and when I translated them, I noticed phrases like "those who underrate this place's service don't understand a thing about Italian cuisine culture - do you think this is a fast food chain?" Well, I can tell, that explains a lot. If this kind of an attitude is the general thinking your loyal customers share, and if you are a kind of restaurant that welcomes those customers, I'm glad I was not treated welcomingly by you - the last thing I want to be is to be considered equal or similar people to those. If you had a different, pleasant experience from this place, I'm glad and happy for you. But personally, I hope you are a person who feels that no one should be treated this way, regardless of the language you seem to speak or race you seem to belong to. I must say, looks can be deceiving, and I might understand much more than you imagine I do. I hope that this testimonial works as a reminder and a warning sign for a possible unpleasant encounter.
A great Italian restaurant with delicious food. We were also served quickly and in a friendly manner. Can't understand the sometimes very negative reviews. Admittedly, it wasn't very busy that day, otherwise we might have had to wait longer? We'd love to come back :-) The cappuccino and sea bream are particularly recommended ☕
Bad service!
Perfect!
